You can install multiple versions of Photoshop on the same machine as long as they are in different versions.

Here are the steps you need to follow. Although I took screenshots for Adobe Illustrator, however, same applies for Photoshop.

  1. Click on your account icon
  2. Click on "Apps" In the newly opened pop-up window
  3. Scroll down the main window till you see "Default Install Language" drop menu, and choose any other Language from there. Then click Done
  4. Click on the three ellipses found on the far-right side of Photoshop
  5. Choose "Other Versions" from the small floating list
  6. Choose a little older Photoshop version and start the installation.

There is no reason to install an older version. You can get a multilanguage version. If you switch the app language, then you get the option to install Photoshop as if it's not yet installed. Install it and you will notice that the installation is much faster than usual. That is because you do not really install Photoshop again, you will just install another language pack. Now if you start Photoshop and go to Preferences - Interface, you can select which language Photoshop should use.

Hi, @Ali26853038b6ua

When @JohanElzenga  says "switch the app language" he means the language install preference of the creative cloud desktop application.

the procedure is described here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/change-install-language.html

After installing, you can indeed change the language chosen in Photoshop's preferences, but it requires a restart.

Where @Zaid Al Hilali 's suggestion might be useful is when you need to translate a function/tool: if you installed Ps 2022 in english, and Ps 2023 in arabic, you can easily switch from one version to the other with a ALT+TAB without a restart...
