Après avoir installé la derniere mise a jour de photoshop,

impossible de l'ouvrir, un message aparait:

j'ai essayé les manipulations décrite dans votre post mais rien ne fonctionne

Pouvez vous m'aider???

oui j'ai tout essayé mais rien ne marche

Je peux ouvrir Photoshop avec la touche "SHIFT" enfoncée mais sans les préférences

Aidez-moi

If you can open with Shift, that means you have a plugin that is internet dependent that is affecting your startup.

What third-party plugins do you have installed?
