"Internal Error" Message

Continual message of Internal error: Upgrade failed due to an internal error. Please try again shortly. Once I press OK, there is another message "Please check your network connection and try again". The try again has a link and the same internal error message pops up every time I click it. 

 

Despite restarting my ipad, upgrading the software, and redownloading the photoshop iPad app, there has been no solution to the bug. 

 

Currently using Version 3.4 on the iPadOS Photoshop App IMG_1248.PNGIMG_1249.PNG
