Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Layers, Options Bar, …) and dialog visible? 

 

What have you done for all-purpose trouble-shooting so far? 

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

o meu resolveu da seguinte forma, Editar > Preferencias> Desempenho  ali do lado direito em Configurações do preocessador gráfico eu desliguei a opçao e funcionou

Unfortunately this is no proper solution as it invalidates GPU dependent features (like the Rotate View Tool and some Filter acceleration for example) but it indicates problems with the GPU driver or the OS.

Olá. Realmente funcionou aqui esta solução. Porém como o usuário logo abaixo c.pfaffenbichler mencionou, não é uma solução completa e sim um paliativo, visto que desabilita as funções da GPU. Gostaria de saber mais detalhes sobre este erro pois o programa é caro e bem ruim ficar tendo que trocar toda a hora a opção apenas para rodar o liquify.
