"Save as" keyboard shortcut keeps bringing up annoying "save to cloud" screen

When using the standard "Command-shift-S" or "Command-option-S" to "save as" or "save a copy", this annoying screen pops up asking to save to the cloud, and I have to keep clicking "on your computer". Is there a way to turn this off so it always saves to my computer by default?

Try this: Go to preferences -> File handling. On the top you see 'File saving options' in there there is  'Default file location'. Chance the pull-down menu from 'Creative Cloud" to 'On your computer' ( on Windows it can be discribed different than on a Mac)
