"Save to Web" broken?

This is what I get when I try Export > Save to Web and hit Save.

I'm on a iMac (Retina 5K, 27-inch, Late 2015), processor is 3.2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i5, Memory is 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3.

Got Photoshop specifically for this, kinda feeling ripped off.
