In Adobe Photoshop 2025 version 26.0 and above, starting from version 26.1, when recording actions with the "Toggle Dialog On/Off" option enabled, manually saving a file to a specific location does not follow the folder location of the previous save step. Since version 26.0 and higher, the save location no longer tracks the folder used in the previous save step. Instead, it defaults to the location where the action was originally recorded. Every time the "Save" step in the action is executed, the dialog box that opens defaults to the save location set during the action recording, rather than following the folder location of the previous save step. This becomes very inconvenient, and I hope this can be fixed. This issue exists in all versions of Adobe Photoshop 2025 from 26.0 onward.
