Whenever I try to export>save for web (legacy), I get an error message that says "the operation could not be completed". Can anyone help me fix this error?

Photoshop is the program. Also, whenever I try to create or manipulate a photo on photoshop, it says I do not have enough RAM to crop, lasso, magic wand etc to continue. Thank you.

I'm having the same problem.  Frustratingly it worked a few weeks ago, so I can't pin down what has changed, unless it is a Windows update that has caused the issue?.

Hi

Adobe released Photoshop 19.1.5 today which fixes the RAM issue linked by Ged.

Once installed, to allow Photoshop to manage memory - the temporary fix needs to be removed . See this :

Error while accessing performance preferences - 'An integer between 96 and 8 is required.'
