RAM and Save to Web problem.

I have a strange problem with Photoshop.

Today it started to telling me that he cant do some things, becouse there is not enough RAM. 

PS have problem in uploading jpg. 800 kb. big, but can upload jpg. 17 MG big or PSD 300 MG big. While doing selections it can say the same thing. Ale Save to WEB stoped working "operation is not possible".

When I tried to clear preferences it help for few moments, but the problems came back. 
I uninstal, and instal again PS, but the result is the same, like with preferences. At begining great, later problems are back. 
Nothing in my PC and Photoshop is changed. Is as always. I never had problems like this.

My Windows 10 is updated. 

Can anybody help me?

update - my brushes weight is abou 2,5 GB, when I took the away from PS everything seems working good - no RAM problems, no Save to WEB problems. 

When I put in less brushes - like 1,35 GB problems return, uploading simple jpg. make RAM, CPU hot. 

But I still dont know we PS started to lag. I didnt add new brushes in last few months.

Have you tried to monitor RAM using Task Manager > Performance tab?

It would appear that is a non genuine version of Photoshop. If you have a subscription, uninstall and re-install from the creative cloud application. You may also want to run the CC cleaner and a virus check before installing.

If you were able to run Ps on this computer before, you may need to launch Creative Cloud and roll back to a version that used to work for you.

yeah, I tried it. Newer version, older. All the same. As I wrote earlier - when I took 2,5 GB of brushes is working okey. Still

I dont know why Photoshop suddenly started to have this trouble.

Thank you for your update @katarzynak31374596. The team mentioned that brushes take up a LOT of RAM, which is why you saw things start working again when you removed that bunch.  They are working on ways to manage the brush/RAM issue but at this time that is the best way to manage a limited around of RAM while using Ps.

after updating drivers to my grafic card (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Ti) photoshop had even problems to show new canvas. Getting back to old version of drivers help.... are brushes still the only problem?

Perhaps obtaining a genuine version would resolve your issue.
