Re-creating a look

I am not 100% sure what aspects of your example images you'd like to emulate, but try this:

 

Make the image a Smart Object so you can tweak the changes you make.

Enter the Camera RAW filter and:

increase clarity to 100%, Vibrance, but 80 to 100%

Increase Contrast to an amount that works for you.

 

That might put you in the right ball park, so to speak, but if you can be more specifica about what aspects of your example you want to apply to another image, I/we will try again.
