Hi, I have used PS for some time, but after receiving an email informaing me of a Beta tool (Remove) my PS will just flash black and white and will not download any of my images at all.  I have removed and re-installed PS and Lightroom several times, but although LR works PS will not.  It is almost impossible to find a link which will let me actually talk or chat online with a genuine human being.  Right now I am on the verge of using an alternative company for editing my images.

if you're still seeing the ps strobe bug,  open photoshop>edit>preferences>technology preview>check "disable native canvas"

then restart photoshop
