Recent files and start screen blank

When I boot up Photoshop 2024 the start screen (the one that shows recent files) is blank. I've already tried to uninstall and re-install. It did not fix the problem. I'm on Mac OS 13.2.1 Ventura (22D68)

Try resetting your Photoshop preferences manually. Note: Reinstalling does not automatically reset them so you could be installing over bad preference files:
