Recording Photoshop tutorials - license requirements?

Hello,

I'd like to start selling photoshop tutorials. Are there any license limitations to it? Should I get  Adobe's permission for such use? How do I contact them? I couldn't find any e-mail address or whatnot to get in touch with them...

you must not claim any sanctioning from/work on behalf of adobe.

don't use any adobe logos.

Thank you very much for your kind response:) Could I ask a follow-up question? 

1. Is there any statement in the Terms of Use that actually regulate this issue? Something I could lean on, to be sure, it's possible to use Photoshop for commercial purposes.

2. Should I capture the screen the way that the logo of the program is not visible? (it shows on my screen in the Dock/Taskbar of my Macbook)

If it is just a recording of your screen showing the Photoshop interface as you use it, then the logo can be seen.

You can't use the logo to advertise or promote your tutorial.
