Check your History panel and what step has the brush icon clicked - I'm betting its going back to the start where you had a blank white background.

Ok when using the history it will revert all my work back to that point. but what I need is restoring the erased part using the eraser or paint tool without using the history.

like in this video (go to 3:29 ) he just erased the text then restored it again. I want to do the same but for the image.

You need to mark the history state you want to revert to.

Have ou closed your file after deleting the parts you want to get back? If so, then that area is gone and you will have to reconstruct it. If you haven't closed the file, then in your History panel, you should be able to go back to the history state before you made the error and click on it to get it back. But, if you made more changes after you went back then you could have deleted the history by making more modifications to the image.

I done this via "History Brush Tool" also but I'm not sure if I went far steps ahead it can restore it.

Photoshop CS6 Crash Course : http://www.udemy.com/photoshop-cs6-crash-course/ I'll be honest. I'm not a huge fan of the history brush. It promotes destructive editing, and hence laziness. Also, it's a needlessly confusing tool. Especially now that you can start switching around the order of past ...
