Reducing mask noise from refining hair

Hi everybody,

I'm getting used to the refine edge tool for hair. It's going okay I think but one thing I can't find that is different in a lot of tutorials because they use earlier versions of PSD is calming down the alias noise without buldozing the hairs with an eraser.

Does anybody know how that's done or know of any good tutorials that cover that with PSD 2021/2?

Have you tried using the Refine Hair button in the Select and Mask window?

I have but my technique is still kind of hit or miss. I'll watch that tutorial for sure. Thanks!
