Reflection Removal not working in photoshop

The reflection removal tool is not working in my photoshop.

The photoshop is all up to date with all updates.

I get a dialogue box with

Unable to remove reflection

There was an unknown error.

 

Is this because of my Direct X feature level

thanks thats what i suspected

i only use my windows 10 64 bit  pc for microsoft office , e mail, photoshop and light room.

Could you recommend a suitable replacement nvidia graphics card.

Yes. Feature level 12.0 or above is an absolute requirement.

 

Just to be clear, this is a hardware requirement, not something that can be updated in software. The GTX 750 Ti is not able to perform the necessary functions. You need something newer than this 11 year old GPU.

@davids02011959 with a 460W PSU you're limited with the GPU range you can get, you might be able to put a RTX3050 in, you can also look at the RTX 20xx range
