Refund for Photoshop Express

 The subscription to this APP Photoshop express was activated on 04-03-2023 and the charge of 35.99 was made on 06-03-2023 on my account. Only today I noticed that there was this charge on the statement, and I never subscribed to the application. I tried to cancel now but it is no longer possible. I need you to refunding it to my account please. Can you help me?

Please log in to the Adobe account and you should be able to see all the active plans.

Also, please check with any family member if they have prchased an Adobe product or service, the charge would reflect on your invoice. If not please contact your bank and report the charge.

We see that you have to contact the app store for Adobe apps not purchased directly from Adobe.

you should check other months, too.  it would be unusual to have only one charge.  then after checking carefully, and checking your account (per @Rashmi27002770wxve), contact adobe support and explain what you think occured. 

 

in addition to chat, mentioned previously, there are 2 other ways to contact adobe; phone and twitter:

chat:
use a browser that allows popups and cookies
and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
