Refund Request for Adobe Subscription

I would like to request assistance! Please refund the deducted €38.09 as I cancelled on September 22, 2024. I also took a screenshot as proof. Please refund the full amount since I used your free product for only one day and cancelled the next. Here is the screenshot.

Thank you, but I have already written to them, and I haven't received a substantive response. I used it for one day, then canceled, and I received an email confirming the cancellation, so I don't understand on what grounds they withdrew my money. It's unbelievable that there isn't a single email address where one could communicate normally. If you know of an email address, please provide it to me. If I don't get a response, I will take legal action, as this feels like a big scam.

I am not familiar with the current state of the trial and how confusing or misleading the interface and billing may be. 

Hopefully the Adobe personnel who contacted you will be able to clear up the issue.
