In the Photoshop Beta vesrion, I had the same problem...I unistalled the program (24.6), installed the 24.5 version and worked perfectly.
In the normal version 24.5 the remove tool still does not work.

I have a Mac M2 Pro, when attempting to utilize the Remove Tool in Photoshop Beta 25.0.0, an error message appeared stating 'Can't use the tool because your system is using Rosetta.' I have no clue why there is an incompatibility between the software and the machine, which leads to frustration. As a workaround, I had to revert to Photoshop 24.7.0 to remove the object and reopen the file in Beta to access Generative Fill. This process has been both annoying and bothersome.
Any Help Please.

Can anyone (with Ryzen processor) confirm that the Remove Tool still works on the new Photoshop Beta 25.0 update?
Thanks in advance.
