when i use the remove tool after few removes photoshop gives me message couldnt compelet your request because there is not enough RAM

I see that your GPU is right on the cusp of Adobe's threshold for modern support. Have to tried to turn on "Older GPU mode"? I have seen in other threads that this has solved the error you speak of. I'm having the same issue and I have more updated specs: 

Windows 11

12th Gen Intel Core i9-12900K 3.20 GHz

64.0 GB RAM

674 GB free on a 1 TB drive

NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070

Also I've tried both 'Faster' and 'More stable' modes for the processing, after restarting photoshop.
