You didn't say what kind of plan you signed a contract for. If you signed up for the annual plan, paid monthly, it is a greatly reduced fee from the month-to-month plan that can be cancelled.

Early termination of an annual plan has a cancellation fee.

You may not be aware that this is a user to user support forum and your message to Adobe is only be heard by other Adobe customers and support volunteers. 

Do you need actual help from other Adobe customers?
