Removing light glare from photo

Hi all, I have this concert photo that has a bad glare covering part of my face. I'm not skilled in photoshop so I don't know what's best to use. Can someone tell me how to remove it? Thank you!!

I would say use the clone tool. Do you have another picture of you smiling. You can copy your smile and paste it over the blue area and blend the coloring and fuzz the edges to blend with the original photo.
