Render dialog box not coming

I am using photoshop cc 2017.I edited a picture with motion text.whenever i wanted to export video and render(Export>Render video),no dialog box was coming and began to buffering.I restarted the process,restarted pc but no progress.I cant export video.Please help if you know the solution.

We're really sorry for the hassle. Could you please update Photoshop to CC 2018 version via Creative Cloud desktop app and check if that helps.

Also, are you facing this issue with all files or with some specific files? Have you tried resetting Photoshop preferences back to defaults?

Have you tried updating the Photoshop to 19.1.4 version? You can update the Photoshop via Creative Cloud desktop app.

With respect your suggestion is not the answer. It is now January 2020 and I have had the same problem on and off as raihanu71124306 for three years. Clearly there is a bug in Photoshop Motion, which intermittently prevents the Render Video dialogue box from appearing when checked. For crying out loud Adobe just fix this problem. Your tardiness and obfuscation is beyond the pale.

It appears Adobe fixed the problem with Photoshop Motion crashing or freezing on rendering in 2023.
