RENDERED VIDEO NOT PLAYING ON PHONE

Hi there, rendered video plays on Pc but refuses to play on phone after transferring it.... It only plays the sounds. What could be the cost? any assitance please?

Which Adobe application have you used to render the video? What is its file format? How did you transfer it to your phone? What is the specification of your mobile? Which application are you using on your phone to view the video? 

Also, let us know the application versions used in this process.
