Rendering MP4 files in CC 21

Having an issue with CC 21. Can't seem to render MP4 files, cursor constantly spins. Any solutions?

No I'm not. I'm on a MAC Pro 2013 and the processor is a 3.5 GHz 6-core
Intel Xeon E5. In order to render an MP4 file I have to revert to CC 2020
version for now. Thanks for replying
