Rendering MP4 files in CC 21

Having an issue with CC 21. Can't seem to render MP4 files, cursor constantly spins. Any solutions?

Are you on an M1 device? Support is pending for Video and few other features: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/photoshop-for-apple-silicon.html

No I'm not. I'm on a MAC Pro 2013 and the processor is a 3.5 GHz 6-core
Intel Xeon E5. In order to render an MP4 file I have to revert to CC 2020
version for now. Thanks for replying
