Reporting some bugs I'm Facing

Hi, I'm facing some very annoying bugs past two months whereas Photoshop stops working when I try to pan when zoomed in a canvas. Fortunately I can save my file and have to close the files and reopen them often. Another one is the artboards glitches when I try pan using spacebar or even using hand tool. Kindly give an immediate fix for these @adobe.

You marked the thread you started as a discussion, not as a »Bug« Report, so you are not actually addressing Adobe.

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue? 

Does turning on »Deactivate Native Canvas« (Photoshop > Preferences > Technology Previews) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue?
