I contacted support directly but they provided only download link to PS 21.0.0 version. Shetty from customer service suggested I try this "If you require a specific version download link, then I would suggest you to visit the below link and submit a request along with your operating system version and the Adobe Senior team will look into that and help you with the download link."

Anybody who could help me ? Thanks
