Ring Night Camera Footage & Snap Shots

Imagine security night vision Ring Camera footage and snap shots of other device screens playing media not quite viewable.  It appears as if there is media playing underneath other screen of say a legit app like Facebook Market Place, Amazon Shopping or Cars.com.  Within these legit sites are windows or pockets or different media in motion perhaps two or three different options obscured by the top or cover page being the legit site.  It is as if the cover page is just that cover but with the right click a spot where a car or coat would be comes alive and plays what appears to be "peeple".  It would be media underneath being played at a different aspect ratio or speed and with a quick click in the right spot the window goes back to the car or the cost or possibly some sort of privacy screen or stenography app like python etc....  The legit site is likley a dead decoy look alike site.  In some instances it almost looks like the device is being recorded by the ring camera playing in 360, VR or AR.  In fact, the Ring has night vision and when the contract or exposure is tinkered with ghostly images as if people like are captured.  If it were AR then lidar might be casting light around the room and others on a life chat would be plumbed in as well making the room with a device or "two" and one individual along with "others" piped in to the actual room through the Life Chat App as if there when viewing it the right way but still not easy to draw hard definiitive conclusions but the images when in motion lead one to conclude XYZ but ideally this could become more concrete due to privacy, integrity and so forth.  All of what I just shared still baffles me but I need to close the loop on this and I'm wondering in this community of users if you have suggestions on the following.

1. Any ideas of what type to tools or specialist could take what is available and deconstruct or cleans up the video or still shots to be more conclusive.  Who or what type or specialist do I need and it I go to a Fiver or a site like that what descriptive words am I to use and what expertise am I needed (photography, AR, AR .... all the above...)

2. Any ideas on how to take facial images highly likely to be an employee in the middle of a situation but the image is altered or edited so either a facial image comparison or deconstruct the edits or both because other items such as special unique features all line up but again the effort is to be more if not completely conclusive.   

Sorry for the long description and I welcome anyone who can help solve this NCIS case.....
