Rotate Photoshop APP Interface?

Quick question. I would like to rotate the app interface from landscape to portrait. I am not refering to the drawing canvas, but rather re-orient the menu to a top short end, and the tools, and palettes to the long sides. Portrait rather than landscape. Is there a way to do this?

Not sure what you mean? This happens automatically if you drag in the sides of the application window to a portrait aspect ratio. It also happens automatically if you rotate the whole screen to a portrait orientation.

 It does not seem to rotate automatiacally. Found it in Window>Display >Oreientation. Solved
