When I have my ruler turned on in a document and set to Percent, it is acting differently now in v23. In previous versions, when I had an image open that is a rectangle, the ruler percent always showed a 100% total length across the top and a 100% total length down the left side, even though my rectangle is a 1920 x 1080 pixels rectangle. So the x axis of 1920 pixels showed 100% when the ruler was set to show Percent, and the ruler on the y axis that was 1080 pixels also gave a 100% total when set to Percent. NOW, in version 23, the 1080 pixel length on the y axis shows a total Percent of somewhere around 67% total on the y axis. I want it to be back to the old way!!! I cannot find a setting for this though.
