I was saddened to learn that one of our regular Something for the Weekend participants, and forum ACP, Norman Sanders passed away last week. Norman brought extensive knowledge and great humour to these forums and many of those who benefited from both may be surprised to learn that he was just a few days away from his 94th birthday. I’m sure we will all remember Norman in our own way but here are a few of my favourite SFTW posts from him (there are many more if you search):
Rest peacefully Norman and thank you!

I just checked Norman's page and his very last post to the forums was an image for Something for the Weekend - part 139. He had a great sense of humor and told wonderful stories about the early days of printing.
Thanks for this, Dave — and for the links to some of Norman's many posts on the Photoshop challenges. He will be missed.

While I myself at one point decided SFTW was just too time-consuming between full time job and other commitments - I'm glad the rest of you kept it up (I do peek). And I'm glad Norman was there, it must have been great fun for him and right up his street.
Norman died a young man, and this is a slightly smaller place without him.
Thanks for posting, Dave.

That is too bad.
Always sad to hear about when a community member passes.
