Hi there,

We're sorry to hear that you cannot save the files on the Creative Cloud.

Which version of Photoshop and Windows are you using?  How are you trying to save the files? Do you see any error message or upload failure intimation? Is it happening with a particular file format or all files?

Please try again once after changing the internet connection.
