Of course I have read the discussions about the 'Save a Copy' in order to save your picture to jpg or png.
However, when I click 'Save a Copy', the only possibilities Photoshop gives me are Photoshop, Large Document Format, JPEG2000, Photoshop Raw, Photoshop PDF, and Tiff... actually the same as appear under Save as...
Who can help me with this problem?
Try resetting the Photoshop preferences.
Thanks, I tried a reset. I even uninstalled en re-installed Photoshop, but to no avail... 😞

What are the color mode and bit depth of the image? They are shown under Image > Mode, or at the end of the text in the document tab or title bar (e.g., “RGB/8”).
Some image modes and bit depths aren’t supported by JPEG or PNG export. If your document has an attribute like that, it would be a problem no matter which version of Photoshop it is, and it wouldn’t be solved by reinstalling or by resetting preferences; and the way to have access to more formats would be to change the attribute that’s blocking.
I agree, Conrad. That's what I was hoping to find with the screenshot 😊
Thank you Conrad,
That's it! I have changed the color mode to Lab, and just forgot to put it back to RGB. Thanks!
