save as and save keyboard shortcut doesn´t work

Only this two keyboard shorcut aren´t working at all any fix? the tech didn´t find an answer

Have you tried going to Preferences/File Handling and check "Use Legacy Save As".

If that does not resolve, go to Preferences/General and click the reset preferences button. Quit and relaunch PS to reset your preferences.
