Hi,

After the latest upgrade (2021 v 22.3) I noticed some strange saving behavior.

1. The save button is greyed out and the command is unavialble.

2. It kees saving files to one folder that I was using a couple of months ago.

3. Save as defaults to this same folder instead of the folder where I opened the raw file from.

I have tried the Preferences>file handling and checking and uncheking the Save as to original folder. It works for a bit but when I reopen photoshop its back to the same problem.

Have tried resetting the preferences too and that did not work.

Thanks,

What are your specs?

OS, HD space, RAM, graphics card, Vram?

If you are on Mac, have you given Photoshop full disk access in the Mac System Prefs/Security?

Answer the question ABOVE!. Why is the save command on the drop-down menu grayed out?

I'm running Photoshop on a supper beef-up computer and everything was working fine till I launched Photoshop this afternoon.

Why?

Why? We have no idea. You are not the OP are you?

Please give us a LOT more information. Operating system, PS version, what you are doing (if a file hasn't changed, Save is not active, for example.)
