This keeps happening every now and then. It is a bug that isn't consistent and I can't figure out what is going wrong here.
Attached is a partial screenshot of the design I saved using "Save as a Copy". The text on the original file is completely white and the final PNG is with errors but not all the white elements are turned black, just partially.
1. Adobe Photoshop Version: 24.3.0 20230316.r.376 37b4b38 x64
2. MS Windows 11 Pro
3. I rearrange the perfect design file (PNG) and save it as a copy (PNG) but white text is turned half black then
4. I expect the white text or white elements to stay white when I save the file as a copy
