Saving a pdf from Photoshop

When I save as my photoshop file to pdf the document is blurry. Anyone knows the reason and how it can be fixed?

Might be the export settings you've chosen in Photoshop.

Which pdf settings did you choose? 

Where are you viewing the pdf? 

Does the original layered image contain Type Layers and Vector Masks/Shape Layers? 

Please post meaningful screenshots.
