Saving image as blank file

Im trying to save an image from web photoshop, and its not working im using the export as, i tried all the formats ( png , jpg, pdf ... ) and i always get a blank file with 0bytes. Does anyone know how to fix this please ?

What operating system and internet browser are you using?

What is the file format of the original image?

I'm using Ubuntu and Firefox

Unfortunately, it seems only Windows and Mac are supported.
