schwarze Fläche statt Bild in Photoshop 2023

Hallo, seit wenigen Wochen erscheint sehr oft beim Öffnen eines Fotos nicht das Bild, sondern eine schwarze Fläche.

Heute habe ich versucht, ein PDF (einen Barcode) zu öffnen, aber er erscheint wieder nur eine schwarze Fläche.

Ich habe das PDF mit Illustrator geöffnet und ein EPS daraus erstellt. Als ich das EPS öffnen wollte, erschien wieder nur eine schwarze Fläche.

Ich bitte dringend um eine Lösung, denn ich benötige das Bild für meine Arbeit.

Hi @renateb21961583 This is noted in other posts.

Go to Preferences/Technology Preview and check "Disable Native Canvas".

Mac OS Monterey and Ventura seem to have issues with that preference.

@renateb21961583 You may try the below steps and check if that works.

Reset PS preferences.

1. Go to User Library/Preferences  (https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/access-hidden-user-library-files.html)

Rename Adobe Photoshop folders to old Adobe Photoshop.

2. Launch the app again and check.


If the above steps don't work then try to disable GPU and check.

Open PS --> Go to Preferences --> Performance--> Uncheck use Graphic processor.

Restart the app again and check.

PS. Das war wohl das gleiche Problem wie mit meinen grünen Flächen vor nicht langer Zeit. Habe mir nun Screenshots gemacht, um mir das zu merken.
