I am having scratch disk problems on my windows laptop. Could anyone send me some other internal drives I could download?

Please describe your problem more detailed. Do you have enough space on you disk you'll need for the scratch disk?

To say more we need also more informations about your hardware. How much internal dirves you have buildin and how many free disk space you have?

What you need is a real, physical drive that you can hold in your hand. You go to a store and buy one, put it in a bag, and connect it when you get home.

BTW, onedrive sounds like some kind of cloud service. Not something that can be used as scratch disk for Photoshop.

You need to figure out your computer specifications. You need to find out what kind of drive sits in your machine, how much space there is on it, and how much of that space is unused/free.

Onedrive isn't a physically hard drive. This is cloud space on Microsoft and can't be used as a scratch disk.

All files on Microsoft's OneDrive are automatically synchronized (on the first use) to your internal hard drive.

You either have to archive files or install a larger disk.

Please provide a copy of your 'System Info'. This can be get from the Photoshop menu item Help > System Info. There's a copy button in the System Info dialog. Press this button and paste the info into your next forum post.

@Nizere33011857pcow In short- you need to upgrade your computer to insure it meets Photoshop minimum requirements:

1. HD/Scratch disk space - currently 4.09 GB minimum 20/recommended 100 GB. (less than 2 GB and you risk a bluescreen/ OS crash)

2. RAM - total 3 GB available 2GB minimum is 8 GB.

3. GPU - Intel UHD Graphics 600 speed is 166 ops/sec recommended is 2,000 ops/sec.

It is also 2 years out of date - update your drivers to allow DirectX12 (feature level 12) compatibility.

All of this added up will lead to significant issues running current versions of Photoshop.

You have a very cheap, low-end computer that pretty much is useless at running Photoshop. You'll need something significantly faster and more powerful with more RAM, hard drive space, faster graphics, and faster processor. I'm guessing that your screen is low-quality as well, a better computer will have a better screen and nicer keyboard.

The computer you have is meant for light-duty use (email, web browsing, social media, watching videos, etc) and not for running professional-level graphics apps.
