Check your units of measure you are using Inches instead of Pixels.

I think (but am not sure) that you are saying your scratch disk is full. Photoshop requires a large amount of free space. The amount depends on the size of your images, so let's start here.

  • How big is your hard drive?
  • How much free space is on it?
  • How big are the files you are working with?

Also, 8gb is the absolute minimum to run Photoshop. 16gb is recommended by Adobe, but most of us have more. This could account for the slowness that you are experiencing.

Please go to Image > Size and post a screen shot of what you see for one of your images. This often turns up a problem.

Maybe, but with a file of 72 000 x 72 000 pixels that message is no mystery. You'd need many terabytes to work with that.

Since you are working on Facebook, Pinterest, and other social media, you most likely want to work with something closer to the 1000px x 1000px range.

Inches are for print; online uses pixels. Keep your documents in pixels. 72,000 px x 72,000 px is too large for online.
