Screen and Mouse pointer acting weirdly on Adobe Photoshop.

Adobe Photoshop 2021 - 22.0.035

Windows 11 - build 22000.778

As you can see in the video, when I click the eraser tool, screen goes insane and starts to flicker. I have tried almost every possible solutions including drive update, reinstalling PS, installing different version and even changing the mouse pointer icon.

Is this something to with PS or any other hardware issue?

Hi @z1nc0r3 sorry to hear this.  Curious if you have G-Sync enabled?  If so, disable and restart and see if that fixes it.
