Hi .. 

 

I have this screenshot of this LIFE DESTROYING rumour that is going around someone's work place .. its shocking and its life ruining and its just a malicious rumour.. 

 

I need to scribbles and blurs taken out to see who it has come from for the police .. 

If anyone can help me that would be great .. I can't post it on here but if someone can help I can send it .. 

 

Fingers crossed as this is life destroying

There is no way to "remove" anything that is part of an image. There is nothing "under".

 

All you can do is replace it using what is already visible.

Is there ways of deleting colours etc to get what is under? 

You can see the photo a little but it's blury?

As DFosse correctly told you, the original pixels have been replaced and there is nothing "under" to retrieve.
