'Scrubby Zoom', 'Overscroll', and 'Zoom to Cursor' don't work in the Liquify filter.

Although 'Scrubby Zoom,' 'Overscroll,' and 'Zoom to Cursor' are enabled in the preferences, they stop working when launching the Liquify filter. For some reason, these features are not functional within the Liquify filter, making the workflow more tedious and cumbersome.

Adobe, please, fix this issue.

The brush tool pressure preview doesn't seem to be working properly as well. It doesn't dynamically change in the Liquify filter when using the Control + Option + Click-and-Drag Left/Right shortcut. Only the size preview is functioning properly.

The area with the brush property values also doesn't appear in the Liquify filter. It needs to be added to the filter.

@CMass , @MeredithStotzner , don’t you want to address the aforementioned issues to fix the Liquify filter interface?

The Vanishing Point filter seems to have the same issues.
