Seeking for Advice -- Action steps & Filters to fix stripe shadow bands

I took quite a lot of pictures in a stage recently.  I believe it was flickering effect of LCD/LED lights and my shutter speed, stripe shadow bands were seen on many pictures.  (A sample is attached for illustration)  (Due to taking photos in a theatre, I had to keep on using silent electronic shutter mode which did not work together with anti flicker feature of my camera!)

Due to the quantity of pictures involved, I want to receive advice of any filters, actioon steps, or other hints to fix thesse shadow bands in a batch.  Many thanks!

Maybe some sort of adjustment layer with a black-to-white-to-black vertical pattern in the layer mask.
