Am looking for script open in ps through thumbnail get selected images in ps, so i can avoid toggele between files and new to scripting

+1 for Bridge, Finder/Explorer or Open dialog.

There uses to be some plugins that created thumbnails in PS, and there was also Mini Bridge that did that. However all that went away, after Adobe took Flash out of its apps.
