@sammlungklee

You posted to the Photoshop Developers forum and this is not a developer question. I've moved your post to Photoshop for you.

Are you on macOS or Windows? What version of Photoshop?

Hello, I did not see other messages with that issue.

The first thing I'd try would be to restore your preferences to the default using this manual method:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually it lets you keep a copy on the desktop that you can use to revert the process.

Then, to help us help you, please post the contents of Photoshop's Help>System Info... menu, so that we get to know your OS, its version, the exact version of Photoshop you are running, the date of the GPU driver, etc.
If your post disappears, do not repost it, as it might need to be approved by a moderator. As an alternative you can save it to a .txt file on your computer and attach it on your answer via the forum. (attachments do not post from e-mail)

Hi @sammlungklee

I'm not seeing any submitted crash reports from you in our system. If you haven't done so already, please submit all Crash Reports along with your email address: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/submit-crash-reports.html That will help us diagnose the crash.

Thank you,

Cory

Thanks for the update and clarrification @sammlungklee

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

To contact Adobe Customer Care directly, try the link to auto-open the Chat:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen

If your browser blocks the Chat window, try the troubleshooting tips here:
https://community.adobe.com/t5/creative-cloud-services/how-to-contact-adobe-support/td-p/11875703

If you can't find out why your browser is blocking Chat, you can also send a tweet to @AdobeCare.

You can find phone numbers here:
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html

In addition, @CoryShubert is in this thread and he is an Adobe employee. He asked for your system information, which you have not yet given. Knowing Cory's expertise, I would listen to him first.
