Set PS "Layer Compression" default to ZIP?

When I save my edited images in photoshop (with 10+ adjustment layers, but only 1 image layer), I get an error saying I can’t save it in TIFF because it’s larger than 4GB.

However, if I go to “Save As...” and in the options for “Layer Compression” choose ZIP instead of RLE, I can save the TIFF file at about 900MB.

So my question is: how can I make Photoshop default to choosing ZIP for “Layer Compression”? I know “Image Compression” already defaults to ZIP.

You could create an Action and check the »Toggle dialog on/off«-field.

Or a Script.
