shake reduction and smarth sharpen filter

Hello everyone.

I have two questions and I will be very grateful if you can help me:

1.- How to change the language of my Photosho program, it is original and it is in Spanish.

2.- In the filters gallery I don't find the motion reduction filters, specifically shake reduction and smarth sharpen, where can I find them?

Now....

Why they removed the filter!!!! I'm learning based on youtube tutorials and everyone uses that filter hahaha.

No way to find different solutions, again thanks.

You can have 2 versions of Photoshop installed along side each other, so you can install version 22.5.7 and version 23.3.2, use 22.5.7 when you need to Shake Reduction Filter
