Share for review keeps loading

Hello,

When I try to make a new share for review link the loading circle just keeps spinning and nothing else happens. It used to work perfectly, but that changes all of a sudden.

1. Ps version 25.4.0 
2. Mac OS X 14.1.1 (23B81)
3. Open a document and click the share button on the top right hand screen
4. The expected result is that the share screen opens and the actual result is that the loading circle just keeps spinning and nothing else happens.
